We obtain information about you when you visit us on our website complete one of the online forms or contact us by telephone with an inquiry.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, telephone number, If you purchase a product from us and pay by bank transfer or credit card, we do not hold bank details or credit card information. Credit card information is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, and for bank payments it is you who pay us by electronic funds transfer directly with your own bank.
How is your information used?
We may use your information to:
- Send you communications which you have requested or that may be of interest to you.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
- Process a job application
- Retention of personal information
We will not keep your personal information for longer than is necessary for our purposes
Who has access to this information?
Only staff members of Richardsons Ceramics have access to your information. We do use a CRM system and our supplier is a data processor on our behalf.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This website uses Google Analytics tracking which has been set to anonymise traffic data, so we cannot identify users or access any personal data. There are no other cookies set for this website.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Richardsons Ceramics hold about you and there is no cost for these requests. To do this you should complete our Subject Access Request form – available on request to info@richardsonsceramics.ie . In case of Data Breach at Richardson Ceramics
If Richardsons Ceramics becomes aware of a security breach to any data that we hold that is Customer Personal Data and which results in accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Customer Personal Data, Richardsons Ceramics will notify the Customer without undue delay and will notify supervisory authorities under the Data Protection Legislation. Such notification shall be provided to the Customer Representative (in the case of a company) or the Customer himself/herself where the business relationship is with an individual client. For the avoidance of doubt, Richardsons Ceramics shall not be required to notify Customer Representative / Customer of any unsuccessful attempts or activities that do not compromise the security of Customer Personal Data.
All companies or individual customers whose IT equipment and/or infrastructure is supported by Motherboard are solely responsible for complying with incident notification laws applicable to the Company or Customer under the Data Protection Legislation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Richardsons Ceramics will cooperate and provide all reasonable assistance with respect to complying with third party notification obligations under the Data Protection Legislation.
Richardsons Ceramics notification of or response to a data breach incident will not be construed as an acknowledgement by Richardsons Ceramics of any fault or liability with respect to the data breach.
